It was my first time baking bread and butter pudding. But I wanted something more 'homely', more 'kopitiam-ish', more like what my late grandma prepared for me... So I created, Kaya Toast Pudding!!
I took a random recipe online, modified a little here and there (not too much though), and ended up with this. Basically, I replace brown sugar with honey kaya and add strips of ready-sliced cheese. It's so easy!! Try it!! Eat it hot!!
